The Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Chief for its Division of Critical Care Anesthesia in coastal Charleston, SC. The new Division Chief will lead a multi-disciplinary, team-based practice with clinical, academic and research responsibilities. The Division of Critical Care Anesthesia cares for patients in MUSC’s Cardiovascular (CVICU) and Medical/Surgical (MSICU) intensive care units. Our ICUs practice a multidisciplinary approach to critical care medicine, and there is a close collaboration between our ICU teams and the associated surgical/medical services.
