What is this career opportunity?
This position provides administrative support for the Architecture & Engineering Division (A&E). We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, communication, organizational and technical ability to join our team comprised of 16 team members. In this role you would be an essential part of our team, and your responsibilities would include the following:

Manage our electronic filing system (FileNet) Create and maintain various workflows in our electronic system (ServiceNow) Create and maintain our Adobe Pro smart forms Organize and maintain our various boiler plate communications and project information Assist with contracts, documents, procurement, and bidding of construction projects Provide scheduling and advertising support to our Project Managers Act as the first point of contact for our customers

What are we looking for?

Education and Experience: 

Associate degree in a related field and three or more years relevant job experience or related education. Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Competencies:

Deliver professional customer service Communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing Manage multiple projects and maintain focus on priorities Ability to interact with stakeholders in both positive and challenging situations. Proficient in using Adobe and Microsoft Office software suite. Ability to learn software programs. Effective proofreading, formatting, and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to build effective working relationships. Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality work output. Adaptability to change. Appropriate identification and resolution of problems within areas of responsibility. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as file and record management, and other office procedures
