Employment location will be Duhok, Iraq.   The main focus of Welthungerhilfe's Iraq Programme is Humanitarian Assistance, Economic Development, Agriculture/Nutrition and Civil Society Development. As Head of Programmes, you will support the Country Director in developing and managing the impact oriented Welthungerhilfe country programme and contribute to its implementation and monitoring in order to maximise Welthungerhilfe's impact. You will liase with the German diplomatic delegation in Iraq, including representatives from the BMZ and the German Federal Foreign Office (AA) and multiple other donors such as UNDP, UNWFP, UNHabitat, KFW, GIZ among others.
