The Coordinator of Grants Management and Compliance seeks out and oversees the drafting, submission, and monitoring of grant proposals that are consistent with the mission of Wharton County Junior College (WCJC), including the goals identified in the strategic plan. This position will coordinate with various internal and external constituents to identify opportunities to expand grant funding within the institution to better serve our students and the greater community. The Director of the WCJC Foundation will report to the WCJC Foundation Board of Directors, working collaboratively with college leadership to implement and manage all activities of the WCJC Foundation, including donor identification and cultivation, fundraising initiatives and special projects. Requirements:The position of Director of the Foundation requires a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year regionally accredited college or university. This position requires 3 years of administrative/management experience with a college or nonprofit organization.
