Duties Summary This position is a Park Ranger (Visitor Services), GS- 0025-11/12 working in one of the following locations listed below for the Region 6, Division of Visitor Services and Outreach. Duty locations: Valentine, NE (Fort Niobrara NWR/Valentine NWR); Hartford, KS (Flint Hills NWR); or Funk, NE (Rainwater Basin WMD). Responsibilities As a Park Ranger (Visitor Services) your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related grant and other funding opportunities. Interpret visitor services policy and legislation. Provide formal field station reviews/evaluations of program. Provide technical assistance and guidance to field station staff in the development of publications.
