Preparing Teacher CV databank. In preparation for a 23-24 opening we are looking for a select group of FOUNDING FACULTY grades k to 9th. You are: intellectual and outdoorsy - you are just as comfortable reading a great novel as you are hiking through the rainforest. Dynamic and Innovative. Entrepreneurial. You challenge students at all levels. You understand teaching is not just about subject matter skills and content but also about forming children morally and psychosocially. You are demanding but also highly supportive. You love nature and are comfortable immersed in nature - you have outdoor skills (hiking, canyoning, kayaking, snorkeling, and camping) and can manage children in outdoor classrooms. You have a background and experience in at least 2 of the following: project based learning, steam, philosophy for children, outdoor education, and IB (PYP, MYP or DP).
