Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing quality customer service to the public while interviewing and gathering pertinent information to complete the benefit determination process through and inbound call center with no public contact. The person in this position will be trained to determine eligibility for program services for clients to receive Nutrition Assistance (NA), Medical Assistance (MA) and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). This temporary position may lead to other opportunities.
