The Goathouse Refuge (GHR), a 501 c 3 organization, is a nationally recognized cat refuge located in Pittsboro, North Carolina, that is dedicated to the care and adoption of cats.  The GHR seeks an experienced, mature and resourceful person for the position of Office Manager. The Office Manager, at the direction of the Refuge Manager, will verify and pay bills; forward employee information to payroll agency; keep all financial records; track donations and send and track donor acknowledgements; inventory and order supplies, direct incoming emails and telephone inquiries to appropriate parties, handle gallery retail sales as needed.   Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel required.
