Job Description This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living. The Aquatics director is responsible for directing and supervising the aquatics department. Making sure that all programs are running smoothly day to day. Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2.One to two years related experience preferred. 3.Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. 4.Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid certification.
