Purpose of Role: The primary purpose of this role is to support the Manager Learning Design to develop enterprise learning strategies tied to business strategies and learning measurement program design. This role assures operations and deliverables meet or exceed organizational objectives and integrates as appropriate with other HR functions. This role supports the learning and development demand planning cycle in conjunction with business requirements and supports the design of enterprise-wide HR training programs for management and associates.
