This 18 month fellowship position is a shared position between Marin Promise Partnership and Tamalpais Union High School District. The position is dedicated specifically to serving the Tamalpais High School Success Network and focused on 9th grade transition for Success Network students. This person is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing extended Spring and Summer transition programming for incoming 9th graders, and providing case management and mentoring to incoming 9th grade students while a Success Mentor is identified and matched.
