A nonprofit hospital in North Carolina needs an additional OB/GYN due to growth. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, and there is a 1:4 call schedule. The facility has a level ll NICU and does 1.4K to 1.5K deliveries per year. There are currently 6 practicing nurse midwives that are an integral part of the practice and handle most of the routine deliveries. A physician that is trained on a da Vinci robot would be a plus, but it is not required. This position offers the opportunity to teach medical students and residents. This hospital-employed position offers a competitive base salary plus quality bonus potential.
