Terms of Reference - Service Delivery Consultant: Designing a learning experience for CIVICUS members on the topic of constituent accountability
CIVICUS  is in search of a service delivery partner to design, build and test a learning experience for members of the alliance on the topic of constituent accountability.  The learning experience will develop the skills and capacity of alliance members to build and improve accountability policy and practice within their organisations. It will not involve the creation of new content but rather draw upon existing tools and resources from the  Resilient Roots  initiative and other CIVICUS and partner projects.  The outcomes of this pilot learning experience on constituent accountability will inform CIVICUS’ approach to developing learning experiences on other topics.
