This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The camp counselor, under the direction of the Resident Camp Program Manager and the Resident Camp Program Director, is responsible for the leadership of assigned cabin groups. Counselor will provide high quality outdoor educational and recreational experiences for campers that focus on the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
