DUTIES of a Wellness Coach This person will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, conduct fitness evaluations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor. QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED and have a current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness and have a Personal Training Certification. Flexible schedule preferred and must be available on some weekends. Looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards (we will certify you if you qualify)! This is a part time position which starts at $10/hour. Looking for candidates who have morning/daytime availability. DUTIES for Lifeguards The qualified candidate will be responsible for the safety of the members and program participants. QUALIFICATIONS for Lifeguards Candidates must be at least 15 years old and have current CPR, AED, First Aid and either American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification.
