Position Title : Outdoor Education Program Manager Reports To:  Director of Students Employment Status:  Exempt FT Job Summary : Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center (Eagle Rock / ERS), is seeking an experienced and passionate Outdoor Education Program Manager (OE-PM) to direct the outdoor education department. The OE-PM is responsible for the oversight and facilitation of outdoor and adventure-based experiences and corresponding curricular development, risk management, and administrative tasks. Our 24-day Wilderness Orientation course is a primary focus for the OE department and the OE-PM is tasked with facilitating meaningful courses incorporating outdoor education and social-emotional learning through an anti-oppressive lens. These 24-day courses occur 2-3x/year in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico and the OE-PM is responsible for the hiring and management of staff, oversight of curriculum and facilitation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring sound risk...
