Crisis Intervention Specialist - Mobile Response- Eatontown, NJ
Description The Crisis Intervention Specialist will provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services to clients and families; review cases with supervisor, formulate diagnosis, assess appropriate treatment and case management interventions and coordinate care. Complete agency and DHS required paperwork in a timely fashion as well as maintain updated records on all clients assigned. Responsibilities The CIS will deliver Crisis Response services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide specific services and interventions for up to 72 hours. Complete an initial assessment of the client's needs based on program requirements and develop and Individual Crisis Plan. Re-evaluate the client throughout treatment to identify any new needs or problem areas.
