Seaport Academy is a small, alternative school for young men in grades 8-12.  We serve students who have not achieved their educational goals in a traditional school setting and provide a unique program, where learning is experiential and filled with adventure. This is a 10 month, school-based position reporting to the Clinical Director. Seaport is seeking a full-time Mental Health Counselor or LCSW/LICSW who has clinical experience with adolescents in community, residential, or other supportive clinical settings. Strong preference for clinicians well-versed in understanding and working with young people impacted by trauma (and multi-systemic oppression).
