Overview: Generation is seeking an experienced professional to lead our work to ensure our graduates are placed in quality careers in their field and that Generation is able to grow in Colombia. The Business Development and Partnerships Manager will build relationships with a wide variety of employers, industry associations, academic institutions, and government agencies and secure partnerships with employers to commit to recruiting Generation graduates to fill their vacancies. In addition, the Manager will secure funding from governments, employers, and funders to expand our impact. The Manager will work closely in coordination with the Generation regional team, the country Program & Instruction Manager and colleagues working on business development and partnerships across the Generation global network.
