Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance oversees all financial functions that support the accomplishment of PA CASA’s mission, including finance, grant management, and risk management. The Director of Finance will coordinate and consult with the Executive Director and PA CASA executive management to ensure financial and other infrastructure goals are accomplished in accordance with best practices. The Director of Finance is a member of the executive management team and is responsible for developing and implementing a financial management strategy that ensures credibility, trust and transparency with internal and external stakeholders. The Director of Finance works with the executive management team to ensure the organization is sustained through strong internal systems and diversified funding.
