Job Overview The County of Contra Costa has been awarded a grant from the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) titled Contra Costa LEAD Plus. The project builds on and enhances the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion model (LEAD) first developed in Seattle, WA.
