You will lead and support kaizen events, Lean work cell design, standard product design revisions, cost improvement projects, development of standardized work, capital expenditure projects, and supply chain initiatives.In this position, you will get to: Provide leadership to the manufacturing engineers within the facility through: providing training options, professional development, and personal growth opportunities.
